Stephen is an experienced Corporate Partner who joined us in May 2009 as our National Head of Corporate and Commercial Group. Stephen specialises in corporate finance and M&A including stock exchange matters, joint ventures, LLPs as well as complex cross border M&A.
He has particular experience dealing with public companies, having acted for a variety of public companies both early stage and FTSE100 on a number of land mark deals. Recently Stephen has acted for a US private equity house on investments in the UK, on a number of restructuring M&A assignments and on a number of AIM related new issues. Stephen is experienced in the technology sector, food retail, professional practices and financial services.
