Paul is Head of our Personal Insolvency team. He specialises in advising Insolvency Practitioners in dealing with the administration of insolvent estates. Paul has gained a reputation for dealing with large complex bankruptcies that often involve fraud or cross jurisdictional issues. Although Paul is based in Liverpool his practice is national dealing with both the larger accountants and smaller niche clients.

Paul is also the Head of our Public Sector Group, comprised of over 50 lawyers nationally advising public sector clients on a broad range of disciplines.

In addition, Paul has a practice in the area of meat hygiene advising meat processors and the Association of Independent Meat Suppliers upon the regulatory framework.
