Graham is National Head of Litigation for DWF. He trained at the firm's Liverpool office before gaining his post qualification experience with the head of the firm’s corporate team initially dealing with a range of corporate and corporate finance matters and then leading his own deals.

Graham was invited to join the litigation team to develop a specialist area in corporate and commercial litigation. He has represented a wide range of institutional clients, such as banks and breweries and latterly more corporate orientated litigation, and has expertise in corporate finance transactions in a contentious context. This has taken the form of becoming involved in disputes concerning all aspects of sales of businesses and in particular disputes of high value covering complex, factual backgrounds.

Graham has also been involved in a number of disputes involving Commercial agents advising both Agent and Principal in the UK and in Europe. Of particular note was an ICC Arbitration involving the use of a German Arbitrator, with a hearing based in London.

In being an active member of DWF`s Food Group, Graham has also been involved in defending a range of corporate clients from prosecutions brought by Regulatory claims for a range of alleged offences and assisting them generally with all their legal needs.
