Acas has published the final version of its Code of Practice on time off for trade union duties and activities. The Code comes into effect on 1 January 2010 and includes guidance on time off for union learning representatives. It is also accompanied by two non-statutory guides on managing time off for union representatives and non-union employee representatives.
