This is how one commentator described the government's plan for pensions Auto-Enrolment which starts to come in from October this year.
All employers will need to make some adjustment whether it is adapting an existing pension plan or paying 8% into the government default plan (called NEST).
The record keeping requirements alone will represent a massive challenge. Employers will not be able to encourage or incentivise staff to opt out.
