The Recruitment Group at DWF LLP is delighted to announce an innovative, interactive online toolkit which enables businesses (whether they be suppliers or hirers of agency workers) to train their staff on the new agency workers legislation.
Online Agency Workers Training
The Agency Workers Regulations finally came into force on 1 October 2011. Our online tool provides guidance on the Regulations and can assist businesses in reducing the risk of claims by training staff and enabling them to identify dangers whilst equipping them with practical skills to facilitate compliance. With prices from as little as £20 per user, as an online tool this is a cost effective way of delivering training as time spent away from day to day business activity is kept to a minimum.
The toolkit highlights the key aspects of the Regulations and checks the user's understanding throughout the programme through the use of case scenarios and multiple choice questions.
