We provided advice and assistance to two employees and a director being investigated by the Local Authority as well as advising the company to protect its interests and strengthen its position.
We have so far persuaded the Environment Health Officer investigating to cease pursuing one employee and one director as suspects.
The team is now involved in a strategic analysis of the company’s health and safety management and training regime and advising on changes to make.
