Real Estate

Our sector knowledge is second to none, and by combining excellent commercial advice with an approachable style, we provide an outstanding service.

Comprehensive real estate advice

Our Real Estate team provides a comprehensive range of real estate and property services. As well as the capacity to handle large and complex transactions, projects and disputes across the sector, we also have several specialist teams we can call on for added expertise.

All angles covered

We have experience and expertise in all aspects of real estate legal issues, including high-value acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, and the creation and treatment of all kinds of investments. We act for landowners, occupiers, developers, contractors and professionals across the sector, and have in-depth experience of public-private partnerships and the complexities that come with them.

We also work with landlords and tenants within the institutional, corporate, retail and public sectors – including education and local government. Meanwhile, our Property Tax and Structures team offers advice for proactively mitigating tax liabilities, and our Property Litigation and Construction teams comprise experts in risk management.

Straightforward and effective

We find clients appreciate our positive, practical approach, including how we structure transactions, and how we introduce them to potential new sources of funding, find improved risk management techniques, or better ways to resolve disputes.
