Our employment litigation team deals with all employment related court claims including injunctions, judicial reviews, discrimination claims and Protection from Harrassment proceedings.

Our employment litigation team, has a wealth of experience of High Court and Divisional Court work and where necessary work in tandem with the firms litigation team.
Working for both employers and employees, our Employment litigators deal with both tribunal claims and court litigation – often brought simultaneously by employees – providing clients with a comprehensive strategy and consistent approach.
