At DWF we always try to contact every applicant whether you are successful or unsuccessful, however sometimes this may not be possible. If you have not heard from us within two weeks of making your application this means that you have not been short listed for interview, although we will always try and inform you why. Alternatively the recruitment team be aware of other roles on the horizon which we may speak to you about and explain the timeframes involved for recruitment. We do sometimes speculatively interview particularly for paralegals in case we have projects where volume recruitment is required.
