DWF has just released its first Corporate Responsibility report

By continuously focusing on our values, culture, leadership and dialogue, we're involving everyone at DWF in taking corporate responsibility throughout our business – regardless of role, seniority or location.

We want to make sure everyone knows how they can make a positive difference for our people, clients, communities and environment, as we aim to become a Top 20 business law firm.

To achieve this, we need to:

  • understand our role in society
  • build on our external partnerships, networks and alliances
  • question ‘business as usual’ practices
  • identify and build quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • encourage diversity.

In turn, this will help us:

  • provide outstanding service
  • make a positive impact on the communities where we live and work
  • create and maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • enhance our external profile and risk-management credentials
  • reduce our carbon footprint, and do business in an environmentally sustainable and competitive way.

We will also measure and report our progress regularly, and ensure it continues to meet our stakeholders’ expectations.
